Passover: The Music and the Giveaway

April 17, 2019

Passover is a time to remember the Jewish people's journey from bondage to freedom. With the seder's rich, interactive theatrical experience, the holiday has been called "the most celebrated and beloved of Jewish home rituals." And apropos of its theatrical nature, those rituals often include music.

Sitting around seder tables with loved ones, we eat, we sing, and we take stock of how far we've come and what we've achieved. For many, it's also an opportunity to acknowledge the oppression that still continues around the world, and the ability of one righteous person to make an immeasurable difference.

We invite you to explore the Passover music in our collection, in its many marvelous forms from liturgy to allegory, from poems of pyramids to entire streaming seders.

While you're there, be sure to enter our Let My Music Go Giveaway! Ten people will win their choice of any two albums from our collection.
